cool you have a ridgie too! they are fun and energetic little guys - this morning mine was bouncing off the walls wanting to play and he's almost a year old.
:-) Ours is 10 years old, and he does like to sleep in if he can, (once he is awake he goes outside)we have seen him many times close his eyes up tight and pretend to be asleep!! But once his awake - well i would love to have his energy and happiness
oh you give me hope! i heard that they are puppies until the day they pass and O'Reilly is wearing me OUT!!! nice to know that maybe someday he'll close his eyes and pretend to be asleep :-) he sure is lazy when he's laying down though... doesn't matter where he is, when he's down he doesn't move... in front of the door, nope sorry he's comfy, on the bed... sorry Mum you'll have to move me if you want a spot! that's typical ridgie!
O'Reilly sounds lovely!! I used to find it annoying now and then just how much energy Storm has, but now I look back and I am grateful that he has shown me so much, this dog has opened my world to lots of different things and his 'have a go' attitude is just awesome! I envy that!!
This blog is to show part of my life that was special to me. Boo came into my life as a little baby that was meant to be put to sleep, being a 'pest', not many people have respect for them. I couldnt let that happen to him. He was never to be a pet, he was always going to be released, it was just finding the right home for him and the right time for both him and me! I dont encourage anyone to try and raise them, they are a wild animal and its not fair to bring them into our world. Boo explained that to me. I did everything I could to make him happy with me, but he had to remind me that he wasnt a pet, he should not live inside four walls. It was a very hard lesson to learn. My heart is still with him..
